Macildowie HR are pleased to be working with a well known business, within the professional services industry, who are looking to recruit a HR Administrator for a temporary contract. The business, based near Pride Park in Derby, are looking for someone to join their HR Division to support with a wide range of HR related duties. This is a temporary position which is likely to last a minimum of 2 months, possibly longer. This role is paying Â£9.50 an hour and is a full time role working 9-5.30 in an office environment.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the HR department with a variety of tasks and duties. This will include:
Drafting and posting job adverts both internally and externally
Liaising with candidates who have applied for the roles
Updating employee records
Processing application packs
The successful candidate for this position will be an experienced administrator who possesses excellent attention to detail and coordination skills. Previous experience of supporting with HR and recruitment activities would be highly beneficial for this role. The HR Administrator will be a confident communicator, able to build rapport with their internal stakeholders and external candidates. They will understand the need to work with discretion and treat information as confidential.
As this is a temporary assignment due to start mid April the ideal candidate will be immediately available or due to finish in their current role imminently.
