HR Business Partner
A UK focused Financial Services companies with 15 locations across the UK are looking to hire an innovative and forward-thinking HR Business Partner for their London office. As the HR Business Partner, you will partner with the business to develop and support the people plan which focuses on performance, talent acquisition and retention, talent management, culture and employee engagement.
As the HR Business Partner, you will partner wit the Group HR Manager, Recruitment Manager and Training Manager to drive forward the people plan as well as building and maintain strong relationship with management teams in the relevant business units. You will attend management meetings, present on people initiatives including key performance indicators. You will also review and develop plans to improve; staff engagement, turnover and retention, sickness and absence, performance, resource planning, succession planning, career development and training needs.
To be successful within this role you will need an extensive and broad HR background as well as experience working with and delivering against a business people plan. You will be able to demonstrate examples of improving business performance as well as having good HR knowledge, HR project management experience as well knowledge of HR systems and the production of key metric data. Experience working within a Financial or Professional Services environment is highly desirable.
