Interim HR Business Partner
The HR business partner will enable the achievement of organisational goals and objectives by providing high level managerial coaching and consultancy; driving development of strategy to drive performance and culture.
A large part of the role is to shape and translate people plans to support business requirements. This will involve proactively contributing to the development and management of the operational plans using relevant and accurate data.
Act as the key interface between Human Resources and designated business areas the role holder will develop strong credible relationships with senior managers with the aim of improving business and customer performance.
Possess a thorough knowledge of the business to turn the plan into practical deliverables
Partner with senior managers to coordinate activity and deliver against plan and key objectives
Act as coach to develop teams and individuals in alignment with the organisation's values whilst enhancing the capability from a people and skills perspective
Lead discussions on employment relations and with trade unions on restructure and organisational design
Deliver on Health and Safety standards, employment policy and that the general HR cycle is implemented throughout the year
Provide expertise and advice on a range of HR related issues and employment practice
MCIPD or equivalent
Ongoing professional development and degree level
Current knowledge or HR and Employment practice and law
Ability to work with and influence senior leaders
Experience of providing high quality HRBP support
