International HR Advisor
A UK based global wholesale brokerage business that is part of a wider insurance group are looking to appoint an International HR Advisor for their London office. As the International HR Advisor you will have responsibility for c200 staff. This role also provides an excellent development opportunity to develop and consolidate the skills required to be a HR Business Partner.
You will work collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and local management teams in supporting and delivering HR processes on an international scale. You will provide assistance on all aspects of HR including direction on employee relations, employee law, resourcing, compensation & benefits and learning & development in line with HR best practice. You will act as the first point of contact on all international matters and work with senior management where you will advise and coach on a range of HR matters.
To be successful within this role you will need strong generalist HR experience with a good understanding of UK Law and ideally some previous exposure to International Law. You will need to be able to work autonomously and as part of team and have good attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will also enjoy project work and be able to translate this into pragmatic business solutions. Financial Services experience would also be highly desirable but all environments will be considered.
