Junior Global Mobility Advisor
I am looking to speak with Global Mobility professionals with 1 - 2 years in-house experience for an exciting role with a global brand based in Central London.
This position supports over 100 expats in over 20 countries with payroll, immigration documents, social security and tax queries. You should have good experience of using assignment management or HRIS software including reporting and task automation, and experience of using Assignment Pro is highly desirable.
Although the firm is well-established, the Global Mobility function is relatively new. They are therefore looking for someone who can come up with new ways of doing things, whether that be automating processes or making systems more efficient. You won't simply be slotting in to pre-existing systems of work and will be expected to come up with innovative solutions to problems, but that does mean that this is really a position that you can make your own.
