Reward Manager - Consultancy
A Consultancy organisation based in London has headcount for two additional team members to join on a permanent basis; a Reward (Relationship) Manager and a Remuneration Regulation Director. Supporting clients within Asset Management, the Reward Manager will be the first point of contact for clients (usually C Suite individuals) and will work alongside Partners and Senior Consultants in the development and execution of annual compensation studies and consulting projects. Other key responsibilities include:Owning and developing client relationships, including client service and identifying opportunitiesMarket research and competitor analysisWorking on projects that develop and implement client reward strategies that link to business strategyClient advisory projects including Regulatory, analytical and market practice performance and reward consultingProject and process management Key requirements:Previous knowledge of implementing reward/compensation strategies within the financial services sectorExperience within consultancy or financial services requiredKnowledge of regulations affecting the Asset Management spaceExcellent relationship & stakeholder management skillsStrong communication skills To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
