Your new company
Our client prominent bank located in the City of London is on the search for an experienced Learning Management Systems (LMS) specialist to join their team on a permanent basis starting ASAP.

As a business our client is working to upgrade their HRIS System to SAP Success Factors. This is a newly created role and the successful candidate will work within the Learning and Development Team. The role holder will be heavily involved in rolling out the implementation of this system, including undertaking succession planning and working with the L&D team toward the digitalisation of the content to support the banks learning curriculum moving forward. To be considered for this role you must have strong experience in SAP Success Factors.

Your new role
The role holder will play a key role in working across the Learning and Development team to provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to the Learning and Development team. As the successful candidate will be a technical learning expert capable of working across a broad range of stakeholders within Learning and Development, the wider HR team, the IT Department as well as admin users of the System in other departments such as Compliance.

What you'll need to succeed
Pervious experience working as a Learning Technologies or L&D specialist, preferably in financial services international organisation
Experienced user of HR Enterprise Systems and SAP SuccessFactors
Learning and Development Modules Knowledge and understanding of Learning and Development theory and practice Knowledge of eLearning creation tools and design process
Experience of uploading and troubleshooting (with IT/Vendors) e-learning in an LMS- Essential
Able to efficiently produce reports in Excel and perform data analysis at an intermediate level (including pivot tables, V Lookups and common functions)
Confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels, up to and including Exec level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, manages own time effectively and prioritises workload to ensure deadlines are met
Can build effective working relationships with peers, customers and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills - can think creatively and will contribute ideas and potential solutions when issues are encountered CIPD and a L&D qualification will be highly desirable
