A global professional services firm are currently expanding their 'Resourcing' function and are in the market for new managers to join.
Please note: this is a resourcing role, not a recruitment role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering closely with the business to help increase utilisation and having awareness of how decisions impact employee development and engagement;
- Truly understanding the firm's growth plans;
- Pulling data and interpreting trends to help increase profitability
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience of resourcing/staffing/work allocation/deployment/manpower planning, ideally from a professional services environment. You should also possess excellent communication and influencing skills and be able to evidence strong stakeholder management.
