HRIS Analyst (iTrent)
An established, reputable and high performing Investment Management company is looking for an HRIS Analyst for a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a busy and varied role where you will be accountable for developing and maintaining their internal HR systems and processes, ensuring the security and integrity of all HR data and responsible for reporting HR management information across HR and the wider business. Reporting into the HRIS Manager, accountabilities will include:
*Maintenance of HRIS, production of management information and dealing with any queries
*Acting as a systems expert providing technical support and guidance to the HR team
*Troubleshooting any system problems and assisting with the development of the system
*Undertaking systems upgrade testing and contributing towards process improvements.
Skills and experience
*Please only apply if you have previous experience of iTrent. This is essential and not negotiable.
*You must have gained the above HRIS experience within an HR department and have a good understanding of HR
*Demonstrate strong attention to detail, a positive and proactive approach
*Proven analytical skills and Advanced MS Office.
