Senior HR Advisor - London
Our London based client is a Financial Services firm seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor with at least 5 years' experience. The Senior HR Advisor will provide the full range of generalist HR support to approximately 100 employees in London. The Senior HR Advisor will take responsibility for day-to-day HR administration, operation and strategy; and contribute to the delivery of a full range of HR services.
This is a fast paced and demanding role, so you will need to have high degree of attention to accuracy and detail; have up to date knowledge of current and relevant Employment Law legislation; and have commercial awareness.
We are seeking candidates with background in financial services, banking or professional services ideally.
We are looking for candidates with strong combination in the administration of the following areas:
- Generalist HR Administrator
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Training & Development
- Compensation & Benefits
Essential skills and experience:
- Have CIPD qualification
- Have Generalist HR experience preferably gained within Financial Services and / or in a privately owned business or professional services
- Have experience of using HR systems
