The purpose of the digital transformation is to deliver a number of outcomes including;

  • supporting access to my client's services such as via phone, face-to-face, and visits
  • providing self-service access to online services
  • automating processes, reducing the need for human intervention where possible
  • sharing common sets of key information, such as people, property, assets, across our services

As a Strategic HR Transformation Manager you will be:

  • Defining, developing and delivering workforce strategy and associated documents/policies
  • Developing the HR roadmap for transformation
  • Supporting and coaching managers to deliver people change effectively
  • Carrying out appropriate consultation with staff
  • Provide guidance and direction on complex HR issues
  • Advising senior management and members
  • Delivering positive cultural change
  • Managing, reviewing and mentoring the HR function


You will have:

  • Proven track record in delivering HR related transformation projects within large and complex organisations
  • Inspiring leadership skills
  • Experience of managing a high performing HR function
  • A strategic and analytical approach
  • Experience of developing and delivering workforce and change strategies in line with business needs
  • First class communication skills including the ability to present your ideas
  • Knowledge of best practice in HR Management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of public sector decision-making
  • Degree qualified
  • CIPD qualification

My client is open to a day rate based on experience, PAYE or Umbrella contractors only due to IR 35
