My client based in East London is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team as soon as possible. This role is a permanent position however the client will consider people on a temporary basis initially.The HR Advisor will play an integral role within the HR team working closely with the HR Manager as well as other members of the HR and central services team. The role is an exciting generalist role assisting with the recruitment processes, ensuring that all HRIS are kept up to date, acting as a main point of contact for employees, providing advisory service and ensuring all procedures comply with policies and employment legislation.My client is looking for someone who has a genuine interest and passion for the education of young people, who has experience working in a fast-paced environment with vast experience and knowledge of operational HR and recruitment and the ability to work collaboratively with all other staff in the wider HR and Finance team to ensure the delivery of an effective service.If you are interested in this role and would like to hear more then get in touch today!
