Our client, and industry leading company, are seeking an experienced L&D Manager who can lead a team to add value to the business.
We are currently working with a well known business with a long track record of success within Kent. They currently have a large project workload as they implement and embed employee engagement projects and new systems. This is an opportunity to make an impact working with an energetic and fast-paced team.
Partnering with managers across the business
Conducting needs analysis to identify required training
Designing and delivering training and development initiatives
Embedding business values and performance management
Leading projects and ongoing training requirements
Managing a small L&D team
You will be an L&D Manager with experience in financial services
You will have demonstrated experience in designing and delivering programmes
You will be confident leading a team
You will have strong stakeholder management skills
You will have drive and initiative to add value
You will hold current CIPD qualification
