Interim Reward Manager
My client is a global listed organisation in the commerce space based in the East Sussex area. They are looking for a Interim Reward Manager to join their fast-paced team on an initial 3 - 6 month contract. The role will reporting in the Reward Director and support the delivery of all aspects of remuneration, including benchmarking, job evaluation, pay and annual bonus review, share scheme awards, benefits, remuneration regulation and executive remuneration.You will lead the annual pay and bonus cycleProject manage key reward initiativesManagement of benefitsSupport executive remuneration agendaYou will provide subject matter expertise to the HR function and business colleagues, to deliver relevant, commercial and effective reward solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven experience and a good understanding of the reward agenda (salary, bonus, benefits) and its relationship with business success. You will have experience of delivering work projects in a HR environment. Strong analysis and decision-making skills will lend itself well to this role as will the ability to work in a fast-paced and autonomous environment. You will also have strong skills in data management and presentation of information as well as excellent reporting writing skills. This organisation offes a flexible working policy.
