Interim HR Business Partner
Our client, a well known high street retailer, is seeking an interim HR Business Partner for a maternity cover contract.
Reporting to the European Head of HR, you will be part of a wider global HR team and responsible for all HR activity within the UK. Whilst able to provide some strategic input and work closely with the SLT across Europe this is still also a very hands-on operational role so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable operating at both ends of the spectrum.
Given the urgency and interim nature of the role, the successful candidate will have worked within retail and ideally have experience of supporting both head office and retail populations. You will also be available at short notice.
