Ashley Kate HR are working in partnership with an SME Technology business in Buckinghamshire who are looking for an experienced HR Director. This is an amazing opportunity for an entrepreneurial HR Director to work for a business that is going through an exciting period of change.
Reporting into the CEO, this is seen as a critical role for the business where you will be a member of the newly created Senior Leadership team.
You will be responsible for creating and delivering a people strategy in line with the business goals. You will mentor, coach and develop senior management as well as the HR team to ensure that everyone is included in the journey.
To be successful in this role you will need to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to, build capability and to implement Talent, Succession, Engagement and Leadership activities for the entire business. You will embrace and drive change as the business scales.
Your personality and approach is as important as your experience. You will enjoy this role if you truly like leading from the front and aren't afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
Develop and Drive all HR activities throughout the Company
Lead and manage the HR teams internationally.
Work with the SLT and senior management teams to engage and develop talent at all levels.
