Your new role
Reporting directly into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for developing the reward strategy and driving its execution across the business. This will involve liaising with managers internally and all external providers to ensure that budgets are managed efficiently across the entire business.
You will take the lead on a number of projects including salary reviews and bench marking, job evaluations and looking at reward in the wider sense and its impact on staff engagement and L&D. In addition, you will be working closely with unions, as well as line managing a Reward Officer who is responsible for data and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have significant experience working in a complex organisation and providing a complete reward strategy. To be successful in this role, the ability to build excellent working relationships with all key stakeholders is essential, as is a hands on and personable approach to your work.
