More specifically, as a Recruiter, you will be responsible for;
- Liaising with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs and agree appropriate routes to market
- Directly sourcing candidates through a variety of channels
- Attending first stage interviews and managing candidates through the recruitment process
- Liaising with recruitment agencies to agree terms and release roles when necessary
- Passing on feedback for both successful and unsuccessful candidates
- Managing the offer process and supporting with onboarding
- Consistently liasing with the US recruitment team to develop the global recruitment strategy
- Work in collaboration with the wider HR team to ensure a successful and effective recruitment process
You must have a background in an end to end recruitment role, with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing. Additionally, you must be able to manage your own workload and have the ability to juggle conflicting priorities.
