UK&I HR Director
I am working with one of the world's largest consumer goods brands in the search for a UK&I HR Director. You will be joining the business at a hugely exciting time as they continue to evolve and develop their portfolio of iconic brans.
Working in a heavily matrix environment you will drive the country HR agenda within commercial, sales and marketing whilst working collaboratively with the HR lead for R&D. The business has grown significantly via acquisitions and as such a large focus will be on OD, change and transformation. You will manage a team of 3 Business Partners who are fully imbedded within their distinct brands with dotted lines in the GM's. Your role will be around building and upskilling the UK strategy as the organisation continues to evolve. Talent management, engagement and performance optimisation continue to be key challenges. You will also support one of the key brands, indirectly business partnering a client in a dual capacity.
To be suitable for this role you will have worked within a fast paced, dynamic, consumer/product organisation. You will be comfortable operating with ambiguity and change whilst being able to demonstrate a robust HR toolkit. Prior experience of operating within a matrix organisation with dual brand reporting lines will also be key.
