I am currently sourcing an L&D Business Partner to join my clients team in London on a permanent basis based in the City, salary up £85k per annum.
About the Learning & Development Business Partner Role
As the Learning & Development Business Partner role in this global financial services organisation you will shape the Learning agenda across the EMEA region, evolving the department so that it remains up to date with current technologies ensuring that employees across the region have access. You will lead a small team of three, promoting the departments services, identifying short and long-term Learning & Development strategies for a growing business, ensuring that they are in line with business goals and the people strategy.
You will look at evaluating and updating the current learning materials that are used and transferring them into digitally so employees have easier access. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region and also manage external suppliers.
About you the Learning & Development Business Partner
As the Learning & Development Business Partner you will have previous experience of operating a similar level, not necessarily from financial services but you will need to demonstrate experience in transforming 'traditional' materials into a digital format. You will also need to demonstrate the following;
- Experience of managing the full Learning & Development life cycle
- The ability to build strong relationships at a senior level
- Evidence of conducting full Training Needs Analysis
- Previously and successfully lead a small team to success
- Good understanding of developing a LMS, ideally Success Factors
