Senior HR Business Partner
We are working with a national construction company who are looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner to support a client base of c200 based in the North West and the Midlands. The role will be ideally based in their regional headquarters in Warrington but you will be expected to travel to various sites throughout the region.
This is a new position and has a reporting line to the regional MD and the HR Director and you will have the opportunity to make it your own and you will be providing a mix of strategic and operational HR solutions.
A key focus for the role is organisational change as the business is looking at undertaking some structural reorganisation to ensure it is best serving its client base.
You will also be responsible for people development activities – such as setting up the learning and talent frameworks and putting in plans to best support the business.
You will be responsible for leading on and being a member of various HR project teams looking at best practice and ensuring an effective HR service offering.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner – you will ideally have worked in the construction or manufacturing sector – but the client will consider other backgrounds. You will have a strong background in organisational change and development and will be comfortable supporting a multi-site client group.
