HR/Payroll Project Analyst

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global business based in Windsor who have a need for a HR/Payroll Project Analyst to join the business on an initial 6-month contract to drive and support a global payroll system transformation project from SAP to Workday. Reporting into the Head of HR Change, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Key accountabilities include:

Support the creation of and tracking against project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Identify resources and assign responsibilities.

Manage day-to-day tracking of the project(s).

Have a good understanding of required project methodology.

Support creation of project document deliverables e.g. in line with project methodology

Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.

Works closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).

Able to understand project budgets and track spend, forecast etc.

Works with stakeholder's to define, document and track changes to requirements.

Support the creation of project status reports, RAID logs, Release Plans and other governance documentation

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Functionally IT literate, and an ability to communicate effectively with IT professionals

Experience of supporting the delivery of projects and system/software upgrades, ideally in an HR environment

Experience of working within a complex matrix organisation

Able to plan and organize the work of themselves and others to ensure the achievement of targets and outcomes

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage with others

Strong written skills with the ability to clearly document to required standards

Strong verbal skills with the ability to lead or actively participate in meetings/discussions

Possess good creative skills and make suggestions for improvement

Must be able to work under pressure and to constantly changing deadlines

Must be pro-active and self-motivated

My client is looking to pay £550 day rate
