Recruitment Manager - Interim - c£300/day - Northamptonshire
Macildowie Recruitment is pleased to be working with a market leading business on the recruitment of an Interim Recruitment Manager. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will pay around £300 per day.
The Recruitment Manager will manage a variety of vacancies across the breadth of head office and operations recruitment championing candidate experience and effective process. You'll work closely with the wider business and the HR team to ensure consistent delivery of experience to candidates, but also consistent delivery of talent to the business.
Aside from managing a number of vacancies, the Recruitment Manager will continue to work on the development of employer branding and will manage relationships with agencies. As holder of the recruitment budget you will be expected to sustain a high level of reporting on recruitment spend, but also recruitment performance and management information.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager that is a solid operator in the day to day recruitment space but also has the aptitude to manage time effectively to get to the ongoing value add projects. Experience recruiting across a breadth of roles and industry is required due to the nature of the vacancies within the business.
