Your new role

As Vendor Manager based in Cambridge you have overall responsibility for managing and partnering with external partners. Leading the integration of tools and systems and driving values, brand and Employee Value Proposition via external partners. You will be the expert who strives for best practice, excellence and consistency.

With a focus on day-to-day operations as well as building creative strategies in partnership with Global Talent Acquisition Leads, your operations mind-set will provide you with insights into external market trends and internal talent acquisition trends.
You will provide training and guidance to HR Business Partners, Recruitment Partners and Hiring Manager's on engaging with suppliers and best practice with selection and compliance. Working closely with the Senior Vendor Manager you will also assist in creating recruitment strategies for key areas of the business. You will partner with COE's to assist with the development and local implementation of enterprise wide processes and tools aligned with Global and local standards.

Service delivery is key and you will align these needs and provide metrics and analytics to ensure that performance against KPI's is met.

What you'll need to succeed

Working as an experienced recruitment services delivery expert, you will have a consultative approach to business challenges and be highly competent in providing consistent solutions.
You are detail focused and confident analysing and presenting data.
With supplier management skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment and staffing processes, you will truly understand how to work effectively with external partners.
Educated to degree level - your inquisitive and curious nature lends you to being knowledgeable on what makes 'best in class'.
You'll also enjoy investing time in what methods and solutions will be the up and coming 'best in class'. Experience of working within the RPO / MSP environment is desirable
