Job Title: HR Systems Coordinator/ Data Analyst

Salary: £25K - £30K + bonus and car allowance

Position: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity as a HR Systems Coordinator to join a large global business in Chertsey.

In this role you will be working within the HR team and will be responsible for effectively maintaining best practice in relation to information management. This is an exciting opportunity to support on projects to achieve systems related objectives and to generally support the HR systems. You will be ensuring all confidential information is compliant with a strong focus around GDPR legislation. You will be supporting the development of system processes and implementation of initiatives to establish strong HR foundations bringing efficiencies and ultimately supporting the aim of building people and systems capability within the business.

We are looking for an intelligent individual who have a strong understanding of analytics and data analysis, with previous experience of using computer Systems such as SAP/ Successfactors with strong computer skills. The successful candidate is someone with initiative, capable of multitasking, effectively prioritise workload and exceptional attention to detail. You do not need to have any HR experience.
