In this newly formed Permanent role in the structure you will shape and develop the reward capability - involving developing new tools, systems and processes, and being the driver for dialogue about the objectives and requirements of the Total Reward offering.
Also, you will lead the year- end salary review and bonus programmes- inline with the performance management process- and most importantly that these are aligned to business targets and objectives. You will also support the design of the employee share schemes and work on the process to deliver them.
You will also:
-Design an employee benefit framework for each country they operate in
-Create reward policies & programmes
-Build credible relationships with external consultants as well as internal subject matter experts
What have you done/what skills must you possess? :
-You must be a credible and confident reward practitioner- demonstrating the authority to challenge but supporting with relevant recommendations and solutions.
-You must be a reward professional who is focussed on leading the delivery of reward processes, in a timely manner.
-You must have lead year-end salary review and bonus programmes
-Have broad reward experience, ideally from a multi site, and multi-national organisation
-Have good project management skills
-Must be able to combine operating strategically to deliver the reward programmes, with hands on implementation
