Senior HR Business Partner – EL Specialist
A senior HR BP is now being sought by this global financial services organisation, to join a specialist team advising the business on complex ER matters providing technical expertise and advice. This team of Senior HR BP’s handle challenging cases of conduct, capability and grievances where there may be an increased risk of litigation. This role will be seen as a technical expert for high risk people issues and will share knowledge with other HR BPs on complex business change and / or high risk people issues.
As a result, the bank are keen to meet candidates with:
- c5+ years’ experience * of employee relations issues including managing and influencing complex people issues (* applicants with more or less relevant experience may still be considered)
- An in-depth technical knowledge and application of employment law, together with experience of liaising and managing external relationships and senior internal relationships with demonstrable command skills and an ability to influence others.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with line managers and HR colleagues is vital.
Qualifications/Accreditations/Professional Membership & Level
A degree or equivalent level qualification in law or HR.
