Client Details

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator for and established Window organisation based in Hinckley.

 

This role will be responsible for delivering first class customer service to new and existing customers and will pay a key part in the day to day running of the organisation.

 

Description

 

The main duties of the role will include:

 

  • Play a key part with improving customer service

 

  • Support the ordering team

 

  • Resolving customer service issues

 

  • Quotation queries

 

  • Adhoc administration duties when required

 

Profile

 

The successful candidate will require:

 

  • Proven customer service skills within the windows industry

 

  • Strong administration and IT skills

 

  • Proactive and a good problem solver

 

Job Offer
