HR Business Partner
Macildowie HR is delighted to be working with a growing and reputable organisation in the East Midlands with locations in Staffordshire, Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire.
Based in Lincolnshire & reporting in to the Head of HR, this opportunity will provide a proactive HR service to support achievement of the business objectives, ensuring delivery of common/corporate HR strategies and provide a local/regional HR service to the business.
With a healthy mix of operational and strategic HR activities this role is a true generalist position with responsibility of the corporate & sales division of the business. Assisting in the agenda of growth, the remit will include: taking responsibility of all HR activities in your business area, end to end casework, TUPE, recruitment and talent attraction and project work in line with health and wellbeing/ engagement and reward.
An exciting opportunity to join a growing and innovative organisation with sites across the East Midlands, this role will be based in the Midlands but some travel is to be expected across UK from time to time.
