Macildowie HR are pleased to be supporting a growing organisation, within the healthcare industry, with their recruitment of a Recruitment Advisor role. This role is a fixed term contract due to last 12 months and will be based from the business' office in Rotherham or Newark with travel across the North Region. Reporting into the HR Manager the Recruitment Advisor will work alongside another advisor to manage the end to end recruitment processes. This role is offering an annual salary of between Â£20-25,000 + wider benefits and mileage expenses.
The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process ensuring that their internal and external customers receive an outstanding service as part of the process. The Recruitment Advisor will be a passionate advocate of the organisation ensuring that their brand is protected and promoted in the right way. The Recruitment Advisor will work closely with the HR Manager and wider management team to ensure that an effective and robust recruitment process is implemented that delivers on the business' needs.
The Recruitment Advisors responsibilities will include:
Monitor demands for recruitment needs across the region
Build effective talent pipelines to deliver against short and long term strategies
Contribute to external recruitment activities such as career's fairs
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Partner with the wider HR team to identify areas of improvement and solutions to these
Ensure all company information is kept up to date, ensuring a compliant recruitment process
The successful candidate for the role of Recruitment Advisor will have previous experience of operating within a similar role in an internal function. They will possess a strong knowledge of internal recruitment processes and strategies and be able to demonstrate where they have delivered upon volume recruitment campaigns. The Recruitment Advisor will bring ambition and energy to the recruitment process. They will demonstrate a naturally organised nature but will be able to adapt to change with agility and positivity.
