HR Business Partner, Sunderland Based, up to £35,000 per annum

You'll be working for a well established business within the region following their recent expansion. Base din Sunderland you'll be part of a small and varied HR team covering a range of ER, L&D and organisational positions.

Your new role
As an HR Business Partner you'll be involved in a range of ER based project roles with a strong focus on implementing and managing change at a strategic level.
You'll be responsible for working across a range of departments in a stand alone role, collaborating with a range of HR staff across the business to assess current business needs as well as designing and implementing change within the company.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you'll be a highly experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager with a generalist background as well as experience in working within a dynamic and changing environment. With a high level of analytical skills you'll be able to work closely with staff across the business to ensure any Employee Relations issues are raised and acted on as well as preemptively designing policy with a focus on maintaining Employee Engagement.
