Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for payroll data entry in relevant ADP systems and local payroll flexi-forms for both regular and shadow payrolls
  • Coordination with third party payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing of monthly payroll for all International locations
  • Responsible for checking payroll data for monthly payroll to control reports and following up on irregularities or differences
  • Coordinate with HR coordinator to ensure Workday payroll reports are received within specified deadlines
  • Create, review and obtain sign off on all funding requests in line with monthly payroll reports
  • Coordination of documentation for payroll audit requests
  • Administer all employee International benefit programs including enrolments and terminations
  • Conduct the new employee on boarding process and present benefit presentations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefit plans and enrolment provisions

Experience Required:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong systems management experience
  • Excellent organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and process a high volume of work while maintaining the highest standards
  • Willingness to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Ability to work independently as well as a desire to work in a team environment
  • Appetite to learn and a willingness to get involved in developing professional experience with all aspects of payroll and benefit processes
  • Demonstration of a high level of integrity, accountability and professionalism
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
