Oakleaf Partnership are working with a globally recognised technology brand based in Hampshire, recruiting for a Performance Manager to join their Reward and Analytics team.

Reporting directly into and partnering with the Head of Performance, you will be joining the business at a very exciting time for performance management. They are about to embark on an entire overhaul of their existing performance management strategy. This role is crucial in the design and execution of a market leading performance management agenda.

As the Performance Manager you will be responsible for aligning the strategy for performance management to the changing requirements of the business. You will be driving a performance culture across the brand focusing on all employee groups - not simply those eligible for bonus. You will be leading on the annual performance cycle and develop analysis on key metrics to enable the business to maximise efficiency.

This role will act as a key contributor to the overall reward and performance management team and as such you will be expected to represent the business on all performance management discussions involving the broader performance management strategy. Some key duties will include objective setting, evidence based performance reporting, improving policies and procedures.
