HR Manager (Standalone)
A boutique multi-strategy asset management firm with offices in the UK, US and Singapore are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager for their London office to support the business in strategic HR matters and run the operational side of HR. This is a standalone HR Manager role where you will have responsibility for HR across the organisation.
Reporting directly into the CFO you will be responsible for everything from the identification and management of training and development requirements for the business as well as supporting talent and succession planning initiatives within the business. You have management for the full employee life-cycle as well as the preparation and delivery of the annual performance review cycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active high performer in a HR generalist role who is looking to take on more responsibility. Previous experience in a HR generalist role within Financial Services would be highly desirable as well as experience dealing with a broad range of employment matters. You will also need the ability and confidence to deal with employees at all levels and be a strong communicator.
