HR Administrator / HR Assistant
c £22,000

Are you an operational HR Professional looking for your next opportunity? Or maybe looking to start a career in HR to compliment your CIPD or Degree studies? I've partnered with a business in Lewes to recruit a role into their large team.
You will be responsible for a full transactional HR coverage, with responsibilities including:

Production of HR Documentation, including employment contracts, offer paperwork and starter packs.
Induction, on boarding and exit processes.
Management and review of all employee files - Both paper & Electronic.
First line point of contact for employee queries around policies and procedures.
Pre-employment screening including referencing and vetting.
Experience in an administration role is key (In or out of HR), alongside a passion for People & HR Policies.

Ideally you will be studying / CIPD Qualified or have a similar education background (I.e. Business Management, Human Resources or Management studies etc)
The ability to work autonomously and under your own direction to complete high volume work in tight deadlines is essential and Exposure to of UK Employment Law would help!
