We are exclusively supporting a group of businesses with head offices in Clacton, with the recruitment of a Senior HR Manager. This multi-national company has grown significantly in recent times and require an experienced and ideally qualified HR professional to develop and lead the HR proposition with in the organisations.

With a UK employee count of approximately 200, the company encompasses a wide variance of professions including design, manufacturing and administration. The HR Manager will take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of a highly professional HR service to the business.
Managing a small HR team, key areas will include:

• Managing all operational Employee Relation issues
• Policy Design and Implementation
• Recruitment - retention and attraction
• Reward and recognition.
• Training and Development
• Provide advice and assistance to Management and Staff on HR Policies, Procedures and Legislation.
• Coordinate and advise Managers on Disciplinary/Capability hearings.
• Drive a harmonious culture through the businesses, developing the values of the organisation

Reporting directly into the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will play a visible and pivotal role with how the business develops in the near future.
