This leading professional services firm is looking for a HR Manager to join the business. Supporting a team of fee earners this is a well balanced role of both strategic HR initiatives and operational HR projects covering ER, performance, and advisory.
Acting as a key member of the HR team you will work collaboratively to deliver a first class HR service into your practice area with the guidance and support of your Senior HR Manager. You will ensure the development and implementation of the overall people plan in line with the business growth plans. Building strong and credible relationships with partners and key leaders you will act as a trusted advisor into the business demonstrate commercial awareness and identify business critical issues.
You will help to influence and shape change including organisational and structural along with pragmatically and commercially manage ER issues.
The business is looking to meet HR professionals looking for their next career challenge ideally with experience from a partnership environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of developing relationships with senior stakeholders, posses strong communication skills with sound knowledge of Employment law and dealing with senior level ER issues.
