Your new role
As the Recruitment Manager, you will report into the HR Director and have 3 direct reports.
The role will encompass 360 recruitment and will have a focus on process improvement, process implementation, metrics, diversity and candidate experience.
The recruitment team are responsible for the recruitment across the entire branch network and cover all roles such a warehouse, customer service, sales and all head office functions.
You will be required to be a structured individual and an accomplished people leader.
What you'll need to succeed
An accomplished 'in-house' recruitment background with a proven track record in leading a team by the front.
You will be passionate about delivering a world class recruitment service to both your internal stakeholders and candidates.
Multi Site experience is essential and a background working within a B2B environment would be advantageous.
