6-9 month FTC HR Projects Coordinator Role based in Exeter £30,000pa.

Your new company
An exciting opportunity has come up in a multi-site Public Sector company based in Exeter. A well-established business is looking for a HR Projects Coordinator to join their friendly and hardworking team.

Your new role
You will provide focussed support for improvements in a number of key areas of HR and staffing. You will review and update all HR processes and policies. You will coach, mentor and training existing staff as well as providing day to day HR advice to staff at all levels. You will be a strong Generalist HR Advisor who can provide a comprehensive HR service.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a strong HR Generalist, who is driven, professional and has excellent communications skills. You will need to have a minimum Level 5 CIPD along with having experience of reviewing staff rota's, staff wellbeing and benefits. You will need to be a trustworthy, meticulous individual and have strong administrative skills.
