HR Specialist / Shoreham / Human Resources & Personnel
A well respected business based in the Shoreham area are seeking a HR Specialist on a permanent basis.
In the role of HR Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Support day to day HR transactional duties, new starters, induction, appraisals and payroll
- Maintain the HR database
- Prepare HR reports
- Participate in HR project work
- Support with HR general admin to include processing starters and leavers
- Review HR processes and procedures for ongoing improvements
- Support ER processes.
The ideal candidate is either studying and qualified CIPD and seeking an all encompassing and varied HR role.
