An international Bank with EMEA head offices based in the City of London are looking to appoint an experienced Project Lead with experience implementing SuccessFactors to join them ASAP.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordination of Design Authority members and their input to:

  • Business requirements and assessing the right system solution
  • Impact assessments of change requests and vendor releases and updates
  • Reviewing release notes and determine impact and who should be reviewing them
  • Testing - regression and user acceptance testing
  • Developing change and communication interventions
  • Maintenance of the system design - configuration workbooks and business requirements documents, requirements traceability matrix
  • Work with PD-IS and vendors to deliver system solutions that meet business requirements
  • Incident Management - Monitors platform performance (including feeds to and from other source systems), queries and incidents raised by users and escalates any technical issues to PD-IS, support provider and/or software vendor
  • Works with PD-IS where necessary if changes to the interface with source systems are required
  • Facilitates impact analysis of platform upgrades and changes in discussions with HR Subject Matter Experts, PD-IS, Implementation Partner, support provider and/or software vendor
  • Works with Subject Matter Experts and support provider to create new reports required
  • Acts as single point of contact within HR for Implementation Partners, support providers and PD-IS for any escalations
  • Regular meetings with the software vendor and support provider to review performance of the system and service - SLAs, KPIs and incident management
  • Regular meetings with Subject Matter Experts and users of the system to ensure all business requirements are understood, and any enhancement requests are checked against existing functionality and if necessary communicated to the vendor
  • Follow through on enhancement requests from requirements analysis through to testing and implementation
  • Being a Super User of the platforms - ensuring the common data is held centrally, ensuring this is presentable, in the right format. Make system updates required by the SME that can't be performed by them e.g. notification changes
  • Assisting with reporting requirements and creating a set of reports which can be used to ensure the system remains "clean" i.e. the business users are using the right naming conventions, not missing data fields * Administration and Monitoring the usage of the shared online collaboration tool to check how well the tool is being adopted
  • Acts as the "go to" person for the Subject Matter Expert with any questions they have about the system
  • Coordinate the release management process - review release notes, bring in relevant parties to assess impact, present to Design Authority recommendations. Prepare key interested parties for release, coordinate regression and user acceptance testing, manage cut over plan
  • Risk assessment annual renewal and other similar BAU processes associated with the system
  • Business Process Owner for new administration permissions and mailboxes
  • Feedback company requirements to system vendors and influence roadmap where possible
  • Network with solution architects in other companies to gain knowledge and experience of industry good practice

Success Factors experience and knowledge is ESSENTIAL due to the nature of this project.
