Recruitment Assistant - Legal
A specialist Law Firm based in Central London are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join the team. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, this Recruitment Assistant role will be responsible for supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Supporting the end to end recruitment process for all relevant Practice Areas, ensuring an efficient service is delivered;Working closely with the Recruitment Manager to coordinate a high volume of activity, including both direct and indirect sourcing methodsPioneering direct recruitment by searching for candidates on job sites and internal database as well as supporting the Recruitment Manager using market mapping and headhuntingScreening applications and making recommendations to the businessAdministering the interview schedulingAssisting in the administration of the offer processMaintaining the Applicant Tracking System to ensure all data is captured accuratelyWork with the Marketing Team to advertise vacanciesSupporting on several resourcing projectsAs the Recruitment Assistant, you will possess:Strong academics to include a minimum of 2:1 degree from a red brick universitySolid understanding of the recruitment lifecycleStrong attention to detailProven organisational and administrative skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeIf this Recruitment Assistant role is of interest, please apply directly.
