A leading global management consultancy, based in the city of London, is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their EMEA Recruitment team which sits in the wider Corporate Services function on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will be responsible for providing full project and administrative support to the EMEA Director of ODHR.

More specifically, as a Recruitment Administrator, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Ensuring all scheduling activity is up to date and completed timely

Uploading and amending job descriptions to the company and other website and job boards

Managing multiple email inboxes for applications and actioning accordingly

Greeting and administering assessments for candidates of all levels

Managing documentation filing and ensuring all candidate material is compliant with GDPR

Collating and submitting critical paperwork to the appropriate teams

Assisting team members with report production and analysis and data collection and management

Working with internal and external suppliers to ensure thorough preparation and the smooth running of events

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous administrative experience in a recruitment or professional services environment

Have experience using an ATS, HR system or job board aggregator

Hold exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Have strong Microsoft Office package skills

Have the ability to prioritise and efficiently execute a wide range of diverse tasks

Have strong attention to detail and be a team player with a collaborative attitude

Excellent organisation skills and good time management
