Macildowie HR are pleased to be supporting a well established business, based in Derby, with their recruitment of a HR Manager. This is a permanent opportunity within the business who are well regarded within their industry. The HR Manager will have a direct reporting line into the Executive Board of Directors and will have an integral role within the senior management team. Previous experience of working within a senior HR role is required for this position.
We are looking for a HR Manager that will support through talent, leadership development, employee relations and engagement. The HR Manager will work as a partner to the senior leadership team providing long term strategic support and planning to the business. The HR Manager will be experienced at supporting organisations through change both in terms of operational processes and cultural development.
The successful HR Manager will be a hands on partner to the business. They will be confident in their abilities to support the business across all areas of HR and will have a 'roll up their sleeves' mentality. Previous experience of working within professional services would be beneficial but isn't essential. CIPD qualified or equivalent is desired. The HR Manager will have a naturally collaborative style, be measured in approach but able to drive change consistently and successfully.
