An exciting opportunity for an ER Advisor
The ER Advisor will be confident in dealing with a range of employee relations issues.
A growing Building and Construction company based in Solihull.
The ER Advisor will be responsible for:
To be the first point of contact for all operational queries
Delivering high quality and pro-active advice and guidance to line managers on all employee related queries
To produce management guidelines for meetings and help gather sufficient evidence for investigations and disciplinary hearings
Responsible for case management on all ER issues such as capability, performance management, disciplinary, investigations, grievances and absence management.
Develop and maintain a Total Reward package for employees
Create and maintain external relationships with service providers
The ER Advisor will have:
A good standard of education (English, Maths and ICT)
Must be qualified to Level 7 and a CIPD member (Assoc. or MCIPD)
Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders (both written and verbal)
Demonstrates confidence in own ability and supports the development of the team
Must have strong organisation skills, able to manage own workload and meet deadlines
You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of Employment Law
