HR Business Partner
My client, one of the largest privately-owned construction, development and property services companies in the UK now has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a temporary basis. As HR Business Partner to a busy and expanding business area, you will build effective professional relationships with your business unit leadership team and stakeholders to deliver business focused people solutions through impactful business partnering, coaching and support. As a key member of the Group HR team with strong generalist HR knowledge, you'll also act as the conduit between your business area, championing both the business and wider HR function and ensuring the highest levels of behaviour and governance are maintained. To be considered you will need to be a proven HR Business Partner with a highly professional approach and demonstrate the confidence and gravitas required to challenge and influence demanding Directors, HR colleagues and other key stakeholder groups. Strong commercial and business acumen together with the ability to assimilate information quickly is essential, as is experience of working in a similar complex, fast paced environment where challenging the status quo and driving change in a constructive and pragmatic manner is required. Please note, this role requires regular weekly travel to offices in Bedfordshire and Hampshire, along with the flexibility to travel to sites elsewhere within the UK as required. In addition you will need to be available immediately or at short notice to start on a temporary basis.
