We are currently looking for a HR Recruiter to join a global leading professional services firm. This opportunity would be working alongside senior members of the team providing high standard of recruitment services to the firm within. This role will be focused on recruiting in within Business services area of the firm. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to develop their career within recruitment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside the HR Advisor, delivering a high level of professional recruitment service to the firm.
- To assist with the management of the beginning to end of the recruitment process.
- To work closely with internal stakeholders and to take job briefings from internal stakeholders.
- To hold interviews and be a confident and efficient representative of the HR department when required.
- To assist in the management of the Preferred Supply List and to monitor and review the performance of suppliers.
The successful candidate will ideally have professional service's experience working in house, however agency experience will also be considered.
