This growing International NGO is looking for an established HR Business Partner to join their newly formed HR function. Supporting the UK side of the organisation you will operate with essentially a blank sheet of paper.
Using innovative ideas to drive the function forward you will be someone who thrives in start-up environments and truly wants to add value. Due to the aggressive growth planned by this organisation it will be a busy and fast moving role which will require you to utilise many of your generalist HR skills on a regular basis.
As an HR Business Partner you will be experienced with:
