Reporting to our Head of HR, as Reward and Policy Manager you’ll be responsible for providing a professional and enriching reward and benefits service across Arqiva. You’ll develop and manage the total reward strategy, inclusive of compensation, benefits and recognition. That’ll entail researching market trends and best practice within the high-tech sector to ensure our remuneration packages remain competitive to attract and retain mission-critical talent. Playing a central role in key people projects to align reward with business requirements, you’ll also manage and co-ordinate the annual reward cycles, liaising with our benefit broker and providers, as well as:


•    managing and administering our DC and DB pension schemes, US benefit cycle and long-term incentive plans


•    performing job evaluation to Willis Towers Watson methodology


•    ensuring adherence to all statutory obligations. 

You must have at least a Certificate in Human Resource practice or recognised equivalent relevant to your area of specialism, underpinned by an extensive reward track record in a large, preferably international, organisation. With a comprehensive grasp of the theory of reward and benefits, you’re able to put that knowledge into practice at both strategic and delivery level. Highly people-focused and with experience of managing a professional team, you’re a first-class relationship-builder with great stakeholder management and communication skills and real people focus. Comfortable operating at all levels, you’re also strong on processes, systems and administration procedures within the context of reward and benefits.
