HR Manager

A brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Manager has arisen within a leading Manufacturing organisation based in Leeds. They are looking for a strong passionate HR professional to join them and drive change within the business.

With a head count of circa 400, you will be reporting to the Head of HR. This role will see you working with the operations team, working on various future projects, helping to restructure the team and taking the business forward, coaching and guiding managers and dealing with TUPE matters.

Joining a great HR team of 7, you will complete a very hands on role as well as implementing change into the business and supporting across all levels.

What you need:

  • Level 7 CIPD qualification
  • Experience managing a team
  • Passion for HR and driving change
  • At least 2 years experience as a HR Manager
